Allen Ulster Bank Belfast Dear Sir The notes referred to in your favour of yesterday, (which we presume are Conf [Confederate?] States Treasury Notes) are not saleable in this country, but the 8% Conf [Confederate?] States Bonds, issued under Acts of Congress Augt '61 [August 1861?] & Feby '63 [February 1863?] are passing freely at 3/4d to 1d per Dollar, as well as the 6% non taxable Bonds at about « d per Dollar.
