TranscriptMy Dear Sister,

I can find no words to thank you in, for making my only
brother so happy. When I can see you then I will try to tell
you. Wont you give me a little wee corner in your heart too?
We neither of us had any love in our childhood from our mother
died. May God bless you for what you have done for him. Let
me know the names of my little nieces and their birthdays.
James did not tell me that. Every little detail about them
will be a great pleasure to me. Have you got any pictures of
them or of yourself? All mine is burned up. Give the enclosed
letter to James to read and send me a message when he writes.

Goodnight, dear sister,

Kiss your darlings for me. Bessie wants to know if they
can come over and play with her?
God bless and keep you all till I see you.

Your loving sister,

Mary

James's is so small I can't
put yours in
