TranscriptPlease let Jn [John?] Greeves Know that a Counseler
[counsellor?] at law called on one for two thirds of the
property of Wm [William?] H. [Heazelton?] by the
authority of his Brotherinlaws I Refused to Give
to him he said he wd [he would?] Bring suit against me
for it against the Next Court day which will sit in
Augt [August?] after that I will let him know, I have
imployed [employed?] counsil [counsel?] to defend the
suit and direct one how to Act they will have to
Give me Bonds, that is Jno [John?] Greeves & Josep
[Joseph?] Williams to Indimonity [indemnity?] me from
all Claims, if these Claimants in the Country do not
succeed in taking it from me, I red [read?] his letters
with the Copy of the will, I am sorry I had anything
to do with it but as I am so fixed I intend to do what
is right as they have friends in thy Citys [cities?]
in this country they will have to apply and give one
Surety When I pay the Money once as the law allows
it in this country in such cases. I wish them to
make the Necessary arrangement, as soon as possible
I will let him know after the sitting of the Court.
