| Transcript | New York Nov 21st 1892 Dear Sister, James has kept all your letters in reserve reply sure few weeks about 2 months [-----?] James told me they had got in their office a beautiful cottage with fruit flowers on 7th Avenue 166th street that he could get at very low rent or for any one he wishes until it would be sold that might be in one month or not until May off course having whole cottage would be quite a change and I said we would move to it ourselves James did not care for it so much as I did. When we moved I did not imagine it was such a very large house we only furnish up about same appartments as we left we get four papers every week same address will do as houses in 107th street are Mr. Armstrongs own property we might return same house we left. James says Mr. Armstrong bought 4 grand houses in 110th Friday last. if there are any vacancies in any over there we will move there when this house is sold we are [fond?] East Side. James and I are quite well hopes yourself- Mr Mc Shane and family are With fond love from Sister Annie |
