Dear Ned
After two Letters passing & repassing
between A Alexander & Me, relative to Greggs Bill, I now
inclose [enclose?] you it to you not having succeeded, tho [though?] at first
He said He would accept it payble [payable?] in London in April, but
He now refuses to pay the Charges, wch [which?] are considerable, therefore
I would recommend it to you to return it to Gregg, adding
the Usual re-Exchange to America, which you may learn
from some of the Dublin Merchts [Merchants?] I suppose about 25 pct [per cent?]
Annexed is the acco. [account?] of charges, amotg. [amounting?] to £154:8:2
which Sum you owe Me, when you return it, desire Gregg to send
