Buffalo N.Y. [New York?]

Dec. 28, 1905

Dear William,
With joy I
welcome the glad New
Year and hasten to offer
you my heartfelt wishes.
May God grant you
health and peace, yes
everthing that can
make happy (sic).
May the sweet Infant
Saviour bless you,
and grant all my wishes
for your welfare.
Fervently will I implore
the Divine Child Jesus
to spare for many, many
years to come, the life of
my dear nephew, and his
dear, good wife Dorothy.
And especially give you
good health in the New Year,
because that is surely one
of the greatest benefits in
this life.
Please dear William and
Dorothy, accept these
heartfelt wishes of
Your true loving aunt,
Sr. [Sister?] Mary Mamerta,
219 Broadway.

P.S. Dear Willie, it pleased me
very much to receive a letter
from you and to hear from Dorothy
and your dear little Raymond.
And also, that you all were
enjoying good health.
May you all enjoy good health
now also, as it is quite a time
since I received your letter;
but had no time to answer it.
How are your dear sisters
Innocentia and Antonina,
are they enjoying good health?
And your folks at home?
One of our sisters took my
picture, as you know, we do
not go out to have our picture
taken, so I have a chance to
give you one, with this letter.
Please inform me, when you
have received it and oblige.

Sr. [Sister?] Mary Mamerta.
