Sir,
Mr Fisher who was sent out to Harmony
to examine into the Company affairs has now
returned & we regret to say his report is
most unsatisfactory for the Shareholders. It
therefore became necessary to consider what could
be done immediately to protect the Bondholders &
with this view he has addressed in a
Letter copy of which we inclose [enclose?].
Mr Charles Sanderson of Sheffield is preparing
a general Report showing the present position of
the Company and its prospects. & we
have commenced a meeting of all the parties
interested in England to be held at Mr C
[Charles?] Sandersons office No 12 St
James Street Sheffield on Friday the 27
inst @ 12 O Clock precisely when you are
particularly requested to attend in person only
