Mr. Jas. [James?] Smyth,
(School Teacher)
Windsor, Ont. [Ontario?]

Dear Sir;

Re position of License Inspector for Waterloo
County. I am authorized to guarantee $2500.00 for
5 years less expenses, provided that your services are
satisfactory to the License Board.
I got in touch with Mr. Ayearst who informs
me that all reasonable expenses in connection with car
transportation, etc., will be paid by the Board. As he
will be in Windsor for the next two weeks with Mr. M. M.
Mousseau, License Inspector there, you could probably
get in touch with him and satisfy yourself on this point.
Kindly advise as soon as possible if you will
consider this proposition.

Yours truly
JMN;S. J. M. Newton
