Yours rec’d [received?] & noted & I will be at Liverpool on Sat Aug 17th and when you arrive should Irish keep you at the wharf go right to the Dominion Government Office and I will be theer [there?] or they [can?]
tell you where I am Mr Pratts [Pratt’s ?] address is 15 Toronto St Toronto but he will sail on the same steamer that you go over on [8th?] Sept however by letting him know you might see him before he leaves Toronto I will be glad to have a talk with you as I consider things connected with the London Office very unsatisfactory Let me know particulars of how you are coming to Liverpool & I will try and meet you on landing
