Dear Sir

In order to regain possession
possession (sic) of the farm which your
father has let to Henry King Parkes
for 5 years you will require
to obtain a Power of Attorney
from your brother in America
Authorizing you to do all acts
in relation to the farm in
Ballyneddin, [Ballyneddan?] Co. Down
and to institute all necessary
proceedings in connection
therewith. You should
obtain this at once.
Yours Faithfully
John Fras Small
