| Transcript | Ballymoney June the 26 1848 Dear Mother with feliel [filial?] love and gratitude I wright [write?] a few lines to let you know that we are well hoping that you are all so we are begining [beginning?] to think that it is our time for home as isabella cole [coal?] is quite dirty so you can send in two of them the larg [large?] market day as there are two persons wanting Mary J so I think that you can send the other as well as you did us as it was against my will to come to leave the hapiest [happiest?] days I shall ever se [see?] that is at chool [school?] so you can send them in and when the [they?] have stayed as long as we will be ready to relieve them again if the [they?] do not come we intend leaving John and Goying [going?] home Should wee [we?] walked it I coud [could?] stay hear [here?] if I had aney tread [any trade?] to work at but flowering is so dull and mee [me?] dull with it so I sleep the half of my time the rule wase [was?] time about and we did not like to be the furst [first?] that would brak [break?] it or we would not be hear [here?] til [till?] this time but you might think that our close [clothes?] would be in need of changen [changing?] in a month and the [----?] the [---- -----?] so the [they?] may expect us to do the [they?] came to them any howe [how?] so you all called early Isabella wants to know how R.
