Castledamph
July 9th - 96

My dear James
Again I take the
pleasure of letting you know
that we are all in good helth [health?]
at present-The [Binch?] is
over and nothing Done it
lasted for 2 hours and none
Sworn in our side But [Tom?]
about 6 wards - The Magistrates
They had no jurisdiction and
left it open the police
had no law for going to
arrest [tom?] if they had Been
killed nothing would com [come?] on [them?]
Sarah & [Johnys?] ware [were?] plenty

They had Carson and we
had Mr Goligher [Gallagher?] some
say The [they?] are going to try
it again - tomorrow night
Friday the 10th the lodge will
be all here and I think your
letter will be read to them
and on the twelfth morning
we are all for Omagh
We will leave Newtownstewart
at 1/2 past 11 o'clock. I think
the [there?] will be a big Day
The 12 and your examination
will all be over when you get
this note we hope you got
through well and we will be
thinking long to we hear

We can get nothing Done

The Judge comes in on Saturday
and will be There on the 12
We will soon Draw again
I suppose you will be ready
for some again that time
We will send it as soon
as possible I have not
