| Transcript | To: Revd George Kirkpatrick Ahoghill Glebe Ballymena From: Bells Quar [Quarter?] [?] 31 Aug [18?]41 My dear friend I have made several calls on Bell and have only found him at home today, he i- [is?] prepared to accept your offer and forwards by Hardy the carman the various articles to be with you in the morning. Johnson has the window stool and the lettering for the School House all ready and puts the Capitol [Capital?] in hand immediately. I left your message at Porter & McMeckands; securing the five stone chimney pieces 1.2.6 and the Black on at 3.15.0, you said something about the Door column & at his place for the Better Bedroom but I think your mind was not quite made up write me if you wish for it? I am happy when you and your dear boys were nothing the worse of the [night?], we felt uncomfortable all the evening ab--t [about?] you. it must not prevent Mrs K allowing them to come again when there will be more time to see the wonders of Belfast an [and?] great things they have got a vast deal of light from the visit it must have been very wearisome to them however I am happy to say we are well here and all looking for your return at the visitate in or the 23rd I think you said, and that occurs on Tuesday is it not, If anything would move Mrs K to come along with you I can assure you it would give extraorinay [extraordinary?] Satisfaction to us all my affection #PAGE 2 Ab Geo [Abraham George?] Wilson Two plumbers leave this tomorrow Ev----g [Evening?] to be with you on thursday and Bell himself is with you on Friday next.
