| Transcript | Dear Matty New York 18 June 1791 Since writing you the 4th May I have the 5 Inst recd [received?] your [Esteemed?] favor of the 29 March, you can easily [perceive?] my feelings on the Occasion, that with the indisposition of Mr Isaac & your lowness of Spirits has made me very unhappy The People of Belfasts answer is not yet come, I shall wait a little Longer & if dont come shall leave this as my own private concerns shant [shall not?] detain me.
