Dear Sir,

Re renewal of Certificate. I can
hardly give definite assurance. Personally
it would be all right [alright?], but I am only one in the
deciding voice. [McCheney?] May raise serious
objections unless you can bring up some strong
reason in support of the request. If you had
been unable to teach the entire three years,
or could not be admitted to the Normal School
&C, the matter could be arranged. By-the-way.
you can get a renewal by repassing the
Model School examination in Dec.
