| Transcript | 27 10th June 76 [1876?] Dear Captain We have arranged to get the Hesperas fitted out & if you are not engaged we will be glad if you can come & take charge of her with a crew as before. We would like you to come at once, if you cannot come perhaps you can send us a good Captain & crew [wages?] as before. I enclose a cheque for five pounds for expences here, the season will close about 2 week of August as we are going to America then send me a Telegraph on receipt saying if you can come yrs [yours?] truly [W ------ll?] Captain Cook |
