Dear Laurence & Mary Ann,
We Recived your Kind Letter & cartes. We ware glad to Hear that
you ware all well as we are all in at presant, thank god.
Dear Laurence, we wood not Delay so Long in Answering your Letter
but we ware very Busy and William was in Ireland when we got
William and John was in Ireland on a visit for a few Days in the Co
Wicklow and the[y] ingoyed them Selves very much. It is a most Beautiful
place. The Scenery is grand. No place like Dear Old Ireland.
Dear Laurence & Mary Ann, we ware Surprised when we Seen
Willies cart. He lookes So Big. He is getting a fine young man for his
age. I Hope He will Soon be able to Help you. We ware glad to He are
that Mary Ann ingoyed Herself so much in unkle Johns and his wife was
So Kind to Her.
We got no answer from Lizzie O Toole yet. We Expect She will not
Dear Laurence, we are all in good health at presant and we have
plenty of woork.
Patrick is working for William and he is Doing very well. He has
taken a good deale of the work of[f] William. We opened an other shop
in Harpurhey neer the queens park. It is a very nice Shop, £30/ a year
and taxes. I think it will do well in time. It is not Doing very much yet
But we Expect it will. It made us Busy this two months going Their &
Back. Mary Ann Had not time to Rite a Letter Sooner, we have so much
Buisness in hand. But we will not neglect it the next time.
John & his wife is well and ingoying good Health and Doing very well.
We had Splendid weather up to this time. It will make things chaper
Both hear and in Ireland. We have great Doings in Ireland about the
Land. The[y] are Shooting Some of the Big goons [guns]. We had a
Report this morning one Shot at.
I Have nothing more this lime to tel you. Mary Ann is well. She has
not forgot her Sister in america.
