| Transcript | 14th April, 1924. My dear Robert I have sudden pressure from Frank Glynn and send you a copy of the letter I sent to him, and one to his father. I have written to both recently four or five times and told Frank to be most cautious about the land. I sent him a fortnight ago £15 as he alleged that he had to inspect suddenly. Subsequently £500 came from his father. I have sent today, therefore, £150 rather than take the risk of loss of application if made. It is extremely difficult to know what is going on. I was up at Kapunda on Saturday there being a special meeting there. I met a great number of old friends from the Burra as well as Kapunda. I hope Liz and yourself are well also the family. In haste, Your affectionate brother [P. McM. Glynn] |
