Dear Brother
I have a cold this last two days But I am Better thank
God hoping this will find you all in good health, I am going to
Ship my Crew to morrow [tomorrow?] morning and I am not sure
wheather [whether?] I will sail on Wednesday. But I shall likely
go into the [-----?]; I dont [don't?] no [know?] yet wheather
[whether?] I shall have my full Compliment [complement?] of
Passengers and now there is nothing Perticular [particular?] to
let you no [know?], the "Alfred" arrived last week after a
passage of 28 days, there is another of our ships layed [laid?]
on for New Orleans, the "Onward" and I shall send a letter Your
affectionate Brother by the Pelat[?] and Sis[?] you [---?]
