| Transcript | To John Greg [Senr.], Belfast 14 July 1756 Sir: We are favoured with yours of the 26 Aprill & observe the Contents. As the Brig Greg is gone to Barbadoes, we have sen; your beef by her Consigned to the Captain. We shall make the most of the Other goods. You may depend upon it no opportunity shall be Missed to put off your Linnens, and had it not been for thier beeing too fine, they would have been sold ere this.
