Sir:

Being without any of your favours since we wrote you the 24th past,
Have now to inform you that the Ship Waddell, Charles Stewart Master,
wont be clear to sail before the 15th January occasioned by the very
bad weather we have had for Some time past so that no business could be
done. Flaxseed is now from 5/10 to 6s per Bushel. G&C
