Sir:

We wrote you the 13th Instant Via Drogheda & Newry to which please
be refered.
Inclosed you have Invoice & Bill of Lading for Thirty Seven Hogsheads
of Flaxseed shiped in the Hopewell, James Falls Master. The amounts
is to your Debit, as is the Neat proceeds of your Linnens to your credit. We have done all we could to make both as agreeable as in our power. We
know Flaxseed is shiped very high from this place. We are in hopes
you'l find ours as good & as cheap as our Neighbours which will give us
Measure to hear.
If you send us a Large parcel of such Linnens as you shiped by the
nearer early in the summer, we shall be able to make you very agreeable
Sales of them. Be assured we have it in our power & will, in all your
commands, serve you as well as any in the place. G&C
