Gentlemen:

Be refer to mine of the 14th Instant. The purport of this is desiring
you may Insure £250 for my Account against all Risque but that of the
French Enemy, which I choose to Run myself. The Interest I would have
Insured is on Board the Ship Hopewell, at & from this place bound to
Londonderry, myself Master, will be Clear to saile by the 4th January Next,
Inclosed you have Bills of Lading for the goods which Please to lay
before the underwriters. My reason for advising so is that incase of
Loss no Scruple may arrise or account of Prize goods &c, & that to
all the proof that must appear for my Interest. [signed] James Falls.

P.S. This is a Duplicate of mine to you of the Same date by way of Newry,
Captain Blair.
