Sir:

We have Before us your favours of the 3rd & 25th September & observe
their Contents. The Balance we are now due you is £107 16s 111/2d which
Sum your to take out of the Enclosed Bill for £205 10s 0 1/2d & pay the
Remainder to Mr. Joseph Godwin, being £97 13s ld. You See we include
in it the amounts of the Bale of Ruggs and Blankits.
Please to Ship us the articles now ordered Below by first Vessel that
Sails from Bristol for this place, & if that is the grace, Leave £50 of our
Interest Insured.
Captain Nealson We expect will be in your place sometime in the Month
of May to take in freight for (his place. We doubt not you'l do all you Can
to Serve him. G&C
