Gentlemen:

We are Yesterday favoured with yours of the 27th October & shall, to
the utmost of our power, execute your order with the greatest regard to your Interest.
We have had very hard Weather for this Six Weeks past which has
Froze up all the Creeks so that (he price of Wheat is 4s/3d per Bushel
& Flower 15s per Hundredweight, but its expected by every Person that
it will lower very much as soon as the Rivers opens, which we expecf
every day.
There is a Prize Ship to be sold in A Week of about 200 Tons. If she
is sold cheap & we have a prospect to execute your order, Shall buy her,
three Fourths your account & one Fourth on our account, & of our
proceedings you may depend on punctual advice. G&C
