| Transcript | Dungannon 15th of 9th Mo 1826 My dear sister We have got a new Gold coinage of what are called sovereighns, which are of the value of Twenty shillings British for one & 10/- for half a one, & I enclose a half one under the seal ... the postage; say does it go safe. We have no Irish money now: it is done away with and the ... is all British. As I expect thee has all the news worth writing inside, I con[clude] & am with Dear Love to Wm & the children thy afft brother Thomas Creeves should not let them know at the post office ...
