My Dear Brother

I now write a few lines to let you know that we arrived at home all right and well. We
are all well and Sincerely hope these few lines will find you the Same. Ed. I have no news to
write only the weather is fine here we had a nice little snow here on Tuesday enough to make
Sleighing and people are hustling to the woods I would like to hear from you and how you are
getting along we Stopped 10 Days in Boston on our return trip. Edward how much i wished you
were with me in Boston you could See Some Wonderful things i wish you could See the
Mechanics fair in Boston let me know if you heard from Michael Since. how is the weather in
Chatham now i suppose they are Catching Smelts by this time i wish i had Some. Give my love
to Pat and family and Ed i hope you will be kind to them I seen Michael Doyle in Boston and he
Treated me like a gentleman he is a fine young fellow.
And I want you to give my kind regards to Michael Doyle the Sadler and to the Boath
Crimmins Thomas and Daniel Well Ed I cant think of any more to write this time But when I hear
from you perhaps i will be able to pick up more news. I will wish you a Merry Christmas and
