Dear Brother
It is proposed to
raise a sum of money on behalf of
Dr Barnardo's Homes for Waifs &
Strays.

Last year receipts were far below
the usual total. Owing to war funds.
and some kind friends are raising the
money in this way, in order to prevent
the homes being closed, which will have
to be done

unless the money is forthcoming.

No Lover of the Lord Jesus or his
little ones would like this to happen.
if it were possible to prevent it.

You are requested to do the little
asked of you. in behalf of His little
ones.

Will you write three copies of this
letter placing the next higher number
which will be 88. and send them to
three friends asking them

to do as you have done. Then send this
letter with the addresses of your three
friends enclosing three stamps to:-

Miss Robertson
The Square
Kenilworth
Warwick
England

The individual breaking the chain by
refusing to do as herein requested
shall be responsible for the loss of
the undertaking.
