Dear James
John has wrote a short letter
and I thought I would finish it with something
we were ready to go to gather the turff
[turf?] on Thursday last but the weather has
changed and we may have plenty of rain now –
we have kept Jamys Park all for mowing and its
just ready now. But we will have to meat [meet?]
alittle [a little?] Tom has clipped?] no more
of the sheep since I wrote I hope you will get
the £5.00 I sent you in our last all wight
[right?] and that It will be in time for anything
you need Before the examination.

Dear James there is no talk about Archibald

Omagh and she will get hie [her?] money all

never expected his name never was menchioned
[mentioned?] in any paper either about his
good Deeds or his Bad ones - But time will
tell all and the frost will [tray?] the
potatoes – I hope you will come out well
