My Dr [Dear?] Sister
By Mr Orr who will deliver
you this I have wrote a letter to your Husband
Mr Rutherford and one to your
son. Should you think of sending him
to the country I will either observe your
directions in having him taught some Business
or judge myself what will be the
most suitable for him after he has finished
the Education you mean to give him - which
may be had here as well as in Ireland
for the sooner Boys come here after they have
determined the better.
Remember me most particularly to our
good sister Sally - write me by the first opportunity
and tell her I will be glad of a letter
from her at the same time.
I have had six children two Boys and four
girls the Boys were both call [called?] John and are now
with their heavenly Father - the Girls are well, viz
Sally - Molly - Nancy and Betty.
I am Dr [Dear?] Molly your affectionate
Brother
John Dunlap
