Dear Irwin
I had the pleasure of writing you last week advising
a letter I red [read?] from Mr French & also that we had recd [received?]
an offer for Sheep House [stained?] Donore [donor?] of 17 & said purchase
John Fullerton has had an [Trip?] with a Mr Berry who
is the Agent treating for it in which he strove to get the others
to agree to 1772 but the person for whom he is acting
is determined not to give any more & therefore requests our Ansr
[answer?] whether we will accept of his offer or not As I would not give
an ansr [answer?] without knowing your wish I will thank you to let
me have your ansr [answer?] as soon as convent. [convenient?] that we may
give him a final one for which he is waiting as F T. informed
him that I would not do anything without your concurrence
