At a general Meeting of Brewers, held here [torn]
the following resolutions were agreed upon. [torn]
In consequence of very great losses having been sust [torn]
Members of the trade, in giving such extensive cred [torn]
from the low prices charged, for a long time, for [torn]
& Ales; and feeling assured, that it would be de [torn]
the advantage of the Retailers, that they should [torn]
money on delivery, it is therefore resolved, that [torn]
the first day of August, next, all Ale, Beer & [torn]
be paid for on delivery. -
