Fullerton, Her Majesty's Acting Consul for the State of Georgia, Do hereby certify that Robert Campbell Esq. of the City of Augusta State of Georgia, has furnished satisfactory evidence, which is on file at this Consulate, that Sixty Eight Bales of Upland Cotton in Harper C Bryson's warehouse situate in the City and State aforesaid belongs to William John Campbell Allen, James Campbell and William Campbell, British subjects residing in Belfast, Ireland.
