I am desirous of obtaining some information for my Client one James Carr, relation to an Estate which was left some years since by Patrick Carr to Nicholas Carr his son who afterward leased said property to his sister Mrs Jane madden, who afterward willed or tried to will said land to her daughter, whose name we think was Mrs John Garvey.
