Mr. Joshua E. Peel,
Armagh, Armagh County,
Ireland.

Dear Sir : -
Mrs Frank Collins, formerly Pauline Brennan daughter
of Thomas P. Brennan of your city, has consulted me with
reference to a certain inheritance left by her father by
Will, the father dying in your City on February 11, 1891,
and I presume the Will was probated in your County. She
tells me that a Mr. Gallagher, the first name supposed
to be Patrick, was the solicitor for her father and read
the Will after the funeral. Mrs. Brennan, mother of my
client, lives in Chicago as do other of the heirs, while
in your City lives the Reverend Bernard Brennan and
Catherine Brennan.
Some claim is made at the present time that Mrs. Collins
has lost her right to her share of the property bequeathed
by reason of abandoning her religion for the Protestant,
and this is one of the questions I want to look into.
If you will procure and send to me an exemplified copy
of the Will and probate with your bill for the same at
your earliest convenience, you will confer a great favour
upon
Yours very truly,
Hector M. Hitchings
