Dear John
I have just a
moment to wish you all a
kind farewell on behalf of
myself & dear Wife
your much loved sister
Our visit has been one of
true delight & will long
continue a source of
real & sincere gratulation
(sic) if our lives be
spared & the power to real
fond remembrances - one of
the highest gifts from the
overflowing hand of the most
bountiful Giver of all Gifts
We have indeed had
much cause to be
grateful - for our lifes[lives?]
