New York, NOV. 29th 1872 Rowland Redmond Esq. dear Sir We will undertake to transact the business you propose entrusting to our care on the following terms For collecting and remitting municipal monies Interest one half of one per cent For collecting municipal at maturity One quarter of one per cent For purchse of bonds shares of stock etc one quarter of one per cent In case of purchase & any securities, a com m. [commission?] of 14% to cover purchase & resale. Interest on amount at credit to be completed at the rate of 14% per annum.
