[Hancourt?] St.

My Dear Dunbar,
I am obliged to [--?] for
your letter, & [--?] for the
good things which [--?] & Wm. [William?]
Pilkington sent to me.
I am much better, & may hope
for a recovery: but at my age
that is uncertain.
You will be [---?] to hear, that
[Jimmy?] has returned from Canada.
He had not strength of [---?] to
enable him to [--?] with those
difficulties, which [--?] [--?]
extent to work with. He [--?] from
[there?], wasted [--?] the journey he had,
& was intent to throw himself
on [----?] out of the Cavan
Estate. I wish [--?] that the
value of the [--?] praise be us around
& from [--?] settled. But this must
be [---?] through the [Court of Chancery?]
I can raise [---?] will be quite rowdy
with the [--?] of [--?[ Rafaele to come
to my reasonable [announcement?], &
thus L. Waterstone may for his
[--?] use in all the authority of
[--?] of the Cavan Estates.
Now œ2000 is about to be invested
in [--?], one a [--?], as trustees
for [--?] [----?]. Then again
in difficulty [---?]. The interest
is given to [---?] [----?] for
her life for her [---?] take on &
[---?] [---?]. The Trustees [though?] pay it
to her, & [--?] her [-----?] for it.
I am afraid I was [-?] not a
[------?] to give any such Receipt
& I [-?] not think the trustees
or his Father for support,
[----?] will contribute to him,
as for us his main & care for his
other children [--?] [---?], this
will not come up to [---?] as her
& [---?]. Dobbon has, V Astrium,
[---?] completed the distributions
of the aspects of the [-------------?]
& all parties have been satisfied,
& no complaints made.
That œ2000, [-----?] than if the
Fathers fortune, causes great quiz
himself must, which it [--?] to me
can only be soon [--?] by an afford
to the Court of Chancery. I suppose
must have [---?], that [?].Waterstone
will pay this [--?] & the other
investments a reaction, & was
pass upon he will pay them half
guarantees. On the 10th July Lord
Waterstone will not have received
could with propensity [--?]
this interest to Lord Shrewsbury.
I think you are probably acquainted
with the actual state of Lady S.
I have not inquired from others
but much known to Dobbins
that I believe for to be incompatable.

Soon very [---?] Yours
Theo Jones
