| Transcript | 15th June 1863 [Hancourt?] St. My Dear Dunbar, I am obliged to [--?] for your letter, & [--?] for the good things which [--?] & Wm. [William?] Pilkington sent to me. I am much better, & may hope for a recovery: but at my age that is uncertain. You will be [---?] to hear, that [Jimmy?] has returned from Canada. He had not strength of [---?] to enable him to [--?] with those difficulties, which [--?] [--?] extent to work with. He [--?] from [there?], wasted [--?] the journey he had, & was intent to throw himself on [----?] out of the Cavan Estate. I wish [--?] that the value of the [--?] praise be us around & from [--?] settled. But this must be [---?] through the [Court of Chancery?] I can raise [---?] will be quite rowdy with the [--?] of [--?[ Rafaele to come to my reasonable [announcement?], & thus L.
