Transcript | Dromore West Co [County?] Sligo February 28 1896 Vere Foster Esq Dear Sir I beg to apply to you for aid [o?]n behalf of Bridget Connolly, one of my parishoners [parishioners?] who intends going to America she is a good virtuous young woman of 20 years of age. Her parents are poor industrious people who strive hard to support a long weak family. Unless assisted the girl I fear, will not be able to emigrate. Her parents hope that she may assist them to rear the other members of the family, and in course of time, to bring out some of them to America I trust you will kindly assist her.
