B. Lucas, I. W. McArdle. Mr. Peel, Solicitor, Armagh, Ireland. Dear Sir: - Mr. Frank Kirkpatrick for whom we act is purchasing through Rev. J.F. McLaren D.D., Rocklyn the West half of the East half Lot 18. Con. 10. Mr. McLaren has written us to make out and forward to you, all necessary papers. We ofcourse [of course?] have not the necessary information to prepare a conveyance; and we assume that Mr. McLean has not. In order therefore to save time, weare [we are?] writing you direct to send us such information as will enable us to prepare a proper conveyance to Mr. Kirkpatrick. We understand your clients are the heirs of one Manary, now deceased, who in his life-time owned this property. Please advise date of death. Was there a Will? if so send copy. If no Will, send names of all heirs and names of wives or husbands of such as may be married, and such other information as may enable us to prepare conveyance. It would expedite matters if title deeds were forwarded to Mr. McLaren with instructions to allow us to inspect the same. Yours truly, Sgd. [Signed?] Lucas, Wright & McArdle, |
