Transcript | Chicago, Illinois Oct [October?] 11,1891 Mr. Wm. [William?] Teasey Dear Sir; Have just received your favour of Aug [August?] 31st. having moved to Chicago it was late in reaching me. I received a similar letter a number of years ago which I amswered to the best of my ability. All who were present at my marriage are now dead. I have my marriage certificate. But my husband's brother Robert Marshall who lives I believe in Caledon knows well who I am, also their cousin Smith McCleary who lives here in Chicago & knew & visited us when my husband, Benj. Marshall was living. Won't his word be sufficient? Please answer this at once as I need the money. respectfully Yours Mrs. Margaret D. MARSHALL.
