Transcript | Dr [Dear?] Mr Searight I have very often proposed writing a line to you, to remind you that you left some Books which were your Fathers, in the wardrobe with those I purchased from you I think they should be given to your sister as it Is likely you may not regard them much as you would have taken them, but it is likely She would be Gratified by having them, I have not mentioned this to her or any of the family let me have a Line from you on the subject when you write next to John I have felt pleasure in hearing of your health and I hope I may say [purposely?] in Temporal and spiritual matters, this day we had a letter from William he was in good Spirits, [we?] [are?] sorry he is at New Br [Brunswick?] its been so unhealthy I suppose you will have a long letter from John thank mercy we are all in health Aunt Kitty was with us most of the winter She is now gone to Dubl [Dublin?] She is always Glad to hear of you Wishing you every happiness I remain sincerely yours E [Elizabeth?] Montgomery |
