Transcript | CONSULAR SERVICE, U.S.A. Londonderry Dec 2 1908 Andrew W. Smyth Esq. M.P. Donemana [Dunnamanagh?] Strabane Dear Doctor Smyth I hope you are getting along very well. I have not heard from you for some time. I see the "Columbia" got out generally all right & back home again. She is starting on another voyage from here on Saturday next. On her last run out one of the saloon passengers, a Mr. [Parke?] of Belfast, died on board suddenly & was buried at sea. I fear this was a dreadfully unpleasant experience for Mrs. & Miss Smyth. Yrs [Yours?] &c Philip O'Hagan. |
