| Transcript | JOHN M. RIDINGS, ATTORNEY AT LAW, No. 121 SOUTH SEVENTH STREET, Philadelphia, June 28 1881. James Buchanan Esq, Dear Sir Yours of 27th is recd. [received?]. I have received the rents collected during the month of May & have devoted part of them to paying balance due upon the -----? I referred to in my last letter. The deeds for the 7 homes to Robert Buchanan are still in my possession unrecorded. I spoke several times to Mr. B. [Buchanan?] about it, but he said he would see you & let me know. If you desire them recorded I shall do so. I think myself they should be. Please advise me of anything further you desire me to attend to in the matter particularly during your absence. Yours Truly John M. Ridings. |
