Nick and the family are all well
Johny [Johnny?] is still living yet but is
wasting away slowly Nick has
bought the Schooner, Fraink [Frank?]
Crawford buisness [business?] looks rather
dull at present but he has got

except the Ada Medora your Son

and he did not come down last
night So i thought i would write
you theese [these?] few linds [lines?] this morning
that you would know that we
were home, Sarah and I Joines [Joins?]
in Sending our cind [kind?] love to you
