As pine, for lumber is altogether done in this section Joseph has got a chance of buying a lot of 100 acres of bush land about 5 miles from here it is the only piece within that distance that has any quantity of pine on it, he hopes to clear the price of it off a small part of it, and I want to know if you, or amongst you can lend him £50 for a few years, I hope there will be no doubt of your getting it all safe again.
