Transcript | Miss Matty Young New York 17 July 1790 Above is Copy of what I wrote you the 2 June since then I have rec.d [received?] your favors of the 30 March & 27 April you must have heard from me soon after the later as I wrote by several opport.ys [opportunities?] the Later end of Feby [February?] Mr Sadler is returned but a Gentleman who has a Considerable Transaction with the House is absent, he is one of the new Judges of this Country. I dont wish to say how much I feel about my disapointment [disappointment?] about geting [getting?] from hence from delays of one Sort or other but shant [shall not?] relax my resolution tho [though?] my Health feels the Effects. Templeton & Stewart have paid part of their Bond, I have recd [received?] a paymt [payment?] on the Maryland Bond, of which I envelope you here in Archd [Archibald?] [Mongrieffs?] bill on Messrs Donald & Burton in London at Sixt [sixteen?] days Light for One Hundred & fifty Pounds Brittish [British?] Sterl. [Sterling?] which Mr Campbell will Assist you in Negotiating & keep it with what other Moneys [Monies?] of [Mimconees?] under your Care in your Hands untill [until?] I order it other ways - I have only to request you will not be uneasy about any detention as that makes one full as unhappy as my own feelings My next I hope will be more explicit - being with Love to you & our Sisters &c &c Pacquet [Packet?] Belfast HY [Hamilton Young?] &c &c the Ulysses Via London |
