Transcript | London 9th February 1805 Dear Sir I have received your letter of the 29th of last month respecting William Orr, and inclosing [enclosing?] a Paper containing his Mothers Statement of his Case. I cannot at present call to my recollection the Circumstance mentioned in that Paper of my having interfered in Orr's favour - but I shall not fail to take an early opportunity of communicating your letter and its Inclosure [Enclosure?] to Mr. Marsden, in order that every justice may be done to Mr. Orr which his Case may appear to merit. I am dear Sir Your faithful & obedient humble Servant Castlereagh The Revd. Geo [George?] Macartney Antrim |
