Postscript to a letter from a merchant in Philadelphia,
to a merchant in this town, dated March 11.
" Agreeable to the rules of our Congress and Committee,
it is resolved the American ports will all be shut up
from any European trade from the first of September
next, or to any other place that would be of advantage
to Britain or Ireland. Therefore we rely on you that
you will despatch our ship so that we may have her
loaded from hence before that time."
