Transcript | 1.- TRANSMIT FORM 22637 Despd [Despatched?] EOK _____________ Union ________ Committee Room Relief Commission Office, at _______________ Dublin Castle, _____ day of _________ 1847 26th day of May 1847 1st The Commissioners will Paper ____ transmitted:- be prepared to recommend a Grant of equal amount to the Sum Mr Gage proposes to subscribe, and should further sums be contributed additional grants may be obtained 2ndly The Commissioners will only hold the Committee accountable for the expenditure of such sums as are placed at their disposal for administering relief, and not for any sums which may be placed at the disposal of its Members individually Object for which transmitted:- 3rd If the Committee consider it unnecessary to require the attendance of the Clerk it need not be enforced, but no irregularity should by permitted on this account 4th The distribution of rations for more than one day it is apprehended will lead to many abuses but if the Finance Committee and the Inspecting Officer consider the circumstances to warrant a deviation from the daily issue the Commissioners do not object Signed [J.
